Every coupla weeks AIR chooses 5 artists doing interesting/original/exceptional things to be our sonicbids feature artist. These are all Australian independent artists with a sonicbids EPK. Check out the music available here, it exemplifies the breadth quality of independnet music being created in our sunburnt brown land.

This week we've got the incredible voice (and incredible story) of Melbourne's Afrobeat queen Ajak Kwai, the ball tearing blues of The Fumes, the wide-eyed pop rock of Perth's King George, the audacious pop of Emma Dean and the chamber pop and intricacies of Lamplight. They're all set for big things, in fact some of them are already doing big things!
